I thought I'd introduce myself, my name is Annette, I'm Amy's sister. A little family rivalry should do well to heat up the challenge! :-) About 4 years ago, I joined WW and was very successful on it. Eventually I got a little bored, and decided to do my own thing. A year after that, I've nearly gained everything I had lost originally! Sooo... I'm using this challenge as extra incentive to get back on track!
A fun site I check every now and then is Hungry Girl http://www.hungry-girl.com/ There's lots of recipes, tips and fun stuff to make living healthy a little bit easier.
I'm going to be traveling all next week for work.. any suggestions on how to stay good while traveling?

Don't eat the deep dish pizza!
seriously about the deep dish pizza! i think a personal size is around 30 points! that kills me...it's my favorite.
i'm traveling for three weeks starting Sunday. i'm bringing my points tracker, exercise bands, jump rope and a stability ball/pump. i'll be able to do cardio and all muscle groups...we'll see if that happens!
maybe bring healthy snack bars and try not to eat after 6:30pm? you can enjoy a big lunch and not worry about it if you have a light (or snack bar) dinner. i like Fiber One Chewy Bars (chocolate and oats). they taste like candy and are only two points.

Drink as much water as you can! (which I know shouldn't be a problem!)
salad, salad, salad.... lots of water and walk anywhere and everywhere you can. if you are doing a splurge meal, drink a glass of meatmucil before, it keeps your belly full of fiber so you eat less (south beach tip). oooh, and it is so yummy going down, ha ha ha!
